A pleasant flight with Jet2.com saw the Society fly into Malaga airport on time and ready to do battle for the European Tour 2012 and the ‘Skoda Trophy’.

Our base was in Benalmadena Costa as usual and the courses were all within 45 mins. The weather was fantastic for the first 5 days then got increasingly worse over the weekend resulting in our Texas Scramble on Sunday being cancelled and vouchers handed out to come back and play next year at El Chapperal. At least The ‘Skoda Trophy’ was played and well done to Davy Jeffrey Junior on winning it.
